We provide a limited lifetime non-transferrable warranty. If your holster breaks due to normal use, everyday carry or training, we will fix or replace it. Negligence, like leaving it in a vehicle on a hot day, putting it in the dishwasher, jumping on it, etc., is not covered. If you modify it in any way the warranty is voided. Warranty claims should be sent to support@crowdesignworks.com with pictures and explanation of the incident.
